Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at the Leonardo, I experienced a blend of luxury and value that travelers like myself often seek when exploring charming cities such as Krakow. The hotel boasts an excellent location, within a brisk 10-15 minute walk to both the city center and the stunning Wawel Castle. The room I was provided was well-equipped, featuring essential modern amenities like a smart TV and a coffee machine. It would have benefited from bedside tables to accommodate personal items. While the breakfast selection was modest-especially for a boutique establishment-it was satisfying enough to start the day right. The staff, especially Natalia and Bartosz, were eager to assist and incredibly helpful. Housekeeping was consistent, with clean towels and rooms maintained daily. The gym, albeit small, had the necessary equipment for a decent workout after a day of exploring. One notable mention is the paid airport shuttle service; The Leonardo strikes a reasonable balance between cost and comfort, presenting an appealing option for those traversing the historic pathways of Poland while offering an insight into both luxury and practical travel needs.
